Countdown Timers

How does it work?
Our service generates countdown timer images on the fly, which you can embed with very simple HTML in websites, blogs, emails, and any other platform which will accept images using a URL.
What is the format of the countdown timer?
The countdown timer shows the number of days, hour, minutes, and seconds. The countdown timer generates 30 seconds of images, which we believe is enough time for your customers to decide to take action.
Why do I have to select a timezone?
We countdown to a date and time in a particular timezone, ensuring that everyone everywhere always sees the same number of days, hours, minutes, and seconds left until the countdown reaching 00:00:00:00.
Can I customize the look of the countdown timer?
Yes! You can customize the font, size, and colour of your countdown timer. All countdown timers are also generated with a transparent background allowing you to easily embed them on any website, blog, or email.

Signatures

How does it work?
A signature with a dynamic link, logo, and message can be generated. The link can be updated dynamically to point to any URL based on what your marketing and/or human resources teams want. Logos and messages can also be updated to reflect special occasions. Employees can use a shared link to the signature to generate the necessary content for their name and title to embed in emails or other places.
What is the format of the signature?
We have three styles of signatures to suite different needs so you can experiment to see which works best for your company. They can be changed at any time.
Can the name and title of the signature by dynamic?
The name and title portion of the signature can only be changed for the future. Users can use the share link to generate a new signature with an updated name and title.
What is your signature width and height?
We output signatures that are 505 pixels wide and between 70 and 100 pixels in height. Our signatures are also responsive when the "Copy Content" functionality is used.

Payments

How much does it cost?
Cost depends on what plan you choose and what features you need. We provide plans that start at CAD $0.00 per month to CAD $49.99 per month
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between our Free, Starting Up, Growing Business or Pro Marketer.
Are payments secure?

Payments are securly processed using Stripe.

Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

A PCI Level 1 Service Provider certification is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Both Shuuraku.com and Stripe force HTTPS to ensure that your payment data is transmitted safely.

Your payment information is sent directly from your browser to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe in turn gives us a unique token that only we can use to confirm charges or update your subscription.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
We will send you an email and you will have the options to upgrade your plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can downgrade your account from a paid plan to free at any time. You'll still remain paid plan up until the days you already paid for run out.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds at this time.
